Loft Navy Blue/Black and White

This Loft dress has a V neckline a natural waistline an inverted pleat in the center of a flared skirt and a beautiful design of white on dark navy. It’s a polyester spandex blend so there’s some stretch. You can wear it with or without a belt. The sleeves are slightly capped. There’s an invisible zipper in the back.
