Loft Off-the-shoulder Plaid Blouse (S) NWOT

Plum and Blue plaid, off-the-shoulder blouse. Great to wear as is, or tucked in to accentuate the flounce on top. NWOT The shoulder width area is roomy for a small, so if you have wide shoulders like me, this is a score! Could even work well for a medium.
