@txmav411 Hey there! It is. I’m a 32D, dress size 0, and it fits me great. Sounds like it’d fit you really well! The fabric is stretchy so there’s room in the bust area. Measured laying flat it’s 16.5” from pit to pit (33” around) and ~14” (28” around) at the slimmest part of the waist. But again, it’s stretchy so there’s more room than 28”. It’s a really comfortable dress!
