@yeerolam the waist is 12.5 inches. The waist is lightly elasticized and has a tie, so it will fit significantly smaller or larger than a 25 inch waist. The bust is 18 inches from side seam to side seam, but keep in mind that it drapes so it will also fit a range of sizes. The length from should to hem is 44 inches (mid-calf length on someone 5’3” tall).

*waist measurement is also side-to-side, so total 25 inches without stretching the elastic at all.

@yeerolam at least 29 inches - probably more, but it might not be comfortable with the elastic for a waist over 29”.
