Loft Polka Dot Blouse

This is a top that is in fantastic shape. It was only worn once. The sleeves are puffy with elastic at the bottom of the sleeve. It can be worn casual or dressy. It can be tucked into a pencil skirt or wide leg dress pants or worn with jeans. The bust measurement is 23 1/4”. It is supposed to be on the looser side not fitted.
