Adorable Loft Dress - can be worn to work or casually Long Sleeve Elastic Waist Tie at neck - can be worn loose or tied Skirt is lined - top is not (though I have never seen through it with a nude bra) One sleeve button missing and small tears in sleeves (though you don't see them when wearing) - if the sleeves are buttoned the arm holes become very small so I have always worn them open Very cute with boots & tights for fall but can be worn year-round because of the light fabric 33" long 17.5" pit to pit 12"-16" elastic waist
