100% Rayon Tunic from Loft. Size Small. Long sleeves with elastic at cuffs. Inset placket front with open collar. Navy background trimmed in a caramel brown, plus light turquoise and ivory. About 26 inches from shoulder to hem. Lovely travel top because it is lightweight and pairs with navy and ivory pants; and is cold wash and line dry. I took it to wear in Milan, Italy and another woman past me wearing the same blouse!
