New with Tags Condition. From a smoke-free environment. Loft Size - Women's 8 Black lace overlay floral patterned pleated A-line skirt. Lined. Short length. Back center zipper with hook & eye closure. Pockets: None Waist - 16" Hips - 21.5" Length - 20" Measurements are done with the item laying flat using a tape measure. I do my best to get accurate measurements. Inseam is measured along the inside seam from the crotch to the hem. I have photos of the waist and inseam measurements for jeans/pants. I recommend comparing garment measurements to items that currently fit you well to help estimate fit as sizes can vary quite a bit, especially on older, pre-owned or vintage items.
