Loft Teal Empire Maxi Dress

Loft maxi dress in rich teal color. Dress has an empire waist with ruching under the bust and in the back. Both front and back have V-neck detail. Top above empire seam is lined but bottom skirt is not lined. Dress has been shortened and does has some piling at hem as shown in last photo. Dress does have some stretch to it. Approximate measurements - Length (shoulder to floor) - 56 1/2” Bust - 17” Shoulder seam to top of empire waist - 14” Bottom of empire waist to bottom hem - 44” Empire waist across - 16”
