Loft XS soft skirt with pockets!

Loved the idea of this skirt - so soft and perfect for winter with boots and tights, the cut was just too big for me. Love the cute gray ribbon that adds a bit of whimsy! Gray and black mark color and it has pockets!! Size XS.
