Loft black 3/4 length Sleeve Dress with pockets in 8P

Loft black v-neck dress. Three quarter length sleeves with fun ruching. Dress has pockets! Tie that can be tied in the front or back. Great for work or date night. In good preloved condition with some pulling and a few small pulls on the left chest (see photo).
