Navy dress with pockets in a breezy fabric - almost new, worn only once and wasn’t happy with the fit since I’m a petite. A few small pinholes along the back (pictured and almost unnoticeable) from something I leaned on, so I couldn’t return jt. Adjustable tie waist measures 15” flat untied.
