Loft cute multi color tweed fabric size 0

It's cute short skirt 22" length. It's a size 0. This looks great with heels, flats, blacktop. It's more of a tweed with a multi-color woven in the fabric. It's brand new without tags. I bought this skirt and I realized it's too short or my age.
