Loft fit and flair tulip skirt

This skirt runs big. I wear a 4/6 and can fit in this. Shell is 66% cotton, 15% acrylic, 10% poly, and 9% wool. Length is 20” down center front. Side zip with hook and eye closure. Waist is 28”.
