Loft fit and flare dress (size 0, runs large)

LOFT fit and flare printed dress from fall 2016 collection. Form-fitting through the waist with slight ruffle skirt right above the knee. Size 0 but I am 5’7 and typically wear a 4, and it fits great. Perfect casual stylish dress for work.
