Loft navy blue, black and white dress NWOT

This is a really pretty dress I bought for a wedding but now doesn't fit anymore (it's not all the way zipped in the pic). It is very flattering and can beBo dressed up or down. There is a zipper on the side, a ribbon belt with loops and the dress is lined. The shell is 100% cotton and the lining is 100% polyester. Comes from a smoke free home.
