Loft navy blue breezy lightweight blouse

Lightweight, semi-sheer, cute little beige print (not quite floral, not quite polka dots). Half placket- buttons go about half way down. Perfect for layering. Would be great over a tank top or as a cover up. Has some slight pilling which a lint shaver would clear up on a snap. Bust is 24 inches Shoulder to hem is 29 inches
