Loft paisley dress

This dress is navy blue, high neck, and with a tie waist that allows for proper fitting. The back has a top button and comes down below the knees. It has been great to wear on vacation and to events. Very comfortable and stylish! It is in like new condition - no damage, no wear, no tears.
