Flower pencil skirt. Tight, but there is some stretch to it. Zips up right at belly button level. Picture shown is the same skirt in a different pattern 14-1/2” across 21” overall length 15” top of skirt to the slit zipper going up backside. Tag is cut out because it was itchy. Only got to wear it once
