Loft peplum utility jacket in military green XXS

Cotton peplum utility jacket in military green, Size XXS. Runs large, would nicely fit a size XS, or even a small. Button front with 3/4 sleeves and adorable ruffled peplum hem. Please see photos for measurements. In very good pre-owned condition with slight fading, normal for the style.
