@emmer_d I’m also 5’4” and it hit me between the top of my knee and my fingertips. But because the waist is functional you can adjust it higher or lower depending on where you want it to hit.

@debdancer01 I think it would. The waist has the draw band that can be adjusted. It was a loose fit on me.
