garrison82 @carrolleb thanks for shopping! It’s 100% polyester. Very light weight and flowy (haha not sure it’s an official word) machine wash cold, dry on low or dry clean. 44” from top of the back to middle of the bottom hem. The sides seams do rise from the front and back (scoop like). Hope this helps!

carrolleb I need approx waist measurement and length from shoulder to top of waist elastic. I have a long torso and many dresses end up as an empire waist on me. NOT a nice look!
