The skirt was bought but never worn. It is beautifully made and perfect for the winter holidays. There are no damages, rips/tears or missing parts. The waist measures 17 inches flat and it is 19 inches long. The skirt zips in the back with an extra button to secure it. All my items come from a pet-free and smoke-free home.
