Loft sleeveless tunic sweater

So soft. I cannot find a content label but I'm almost 100% sure this is a cotton blend. It feels like natural fibers and not synthetic. Size small but I think it runs big or is supposed to be oversized style. Wide arm openings. This could be worn as a dress. Measurements are Shoulders 13" Chest 17" unstretched Length 29"
