Loft tunic with wrap around cable tie

Lovely just-below-knees tunic from Loft. Excellent for office or dressed up for an evening out. Tear drop closure on back with button of same color as dress. Slight shirring at shoulders. Super soft, comfortable material that can go from summer wear to fall with tights and a cardigan :) No stains or markings.
