Tag reads size L but it fits size XL XXL ( Waist is stretchy) . Please see my measurements for more accurate sizing : Waist 40” Hips 42” Length 22"-24" Measurements are taking laying flat across one side, not stretched. Waist is stretchy. I will ship it folded , it may arrive a little wrinkled .
