This sporty skirt is made with 88% Nylon and 12% Elasthanne, which means it has a decent amount of elasticity and give. There is a zipper and button in front, belt loops, and 2 side pockets (the back pockets are ornamental). It flares out just slightly, making for a nicer fit. Measurements: length from top of waistband to bottom of hem in front 20 inches; horizontally at the waistband 18 1/2 inches; horizontally at hem 21 1/2 inches.
