Lolita Bell Sleeves Dress

Lolita style dress. Laced material. Worn only twice for a costume party. It doesn’t fit me anymore as I’ve gain muscle mass from doing Yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️. This best fits a size 0-1and waist 23-24 inches waist. Material is not stretchy but as a zipper on the side of the dress. Made for petite ladies that is into Harajuku or Kawaii fashion.
