London Jean Skirt from Victoria's Secret

Mustard gold tiered mini skirt with elastic/drawstring waist. Ordered from the VS catalogue years ago. Adore this skirt but I just don't wear it often enough to keep it. Nice lightweight cotton with a lining. I always hang dried to avoid any shrinking. Waist measures 17" unstretched, stretches to 21.5" (taken laying flat) drawstring can also cinch it tighter, making the skirt appear fuller. Waist to hem is approx 14"
