London Jean size 2 New

Runs small! Tag says size 2, but its smaller. I bought these just as Victoria's Secret stopped making them but the hips are too narrow. If you've been pregnant, these might not fit. When laying flat (measurements are to the best of my ability) waist 14 in, hips (est) 16 in, inseam 28/28 in. New, without tags, never worn, never washed.
