London Times navy blue dress with a chain neck detail. As pictured, the stitching holding the chain in place has broken in a couple places but would be very easy to fix. If that’s a dealbreaker, I could fix before sending! Wore one to attend a wedding. Very flattering A-line cut! Make me an offer!
