London Times Yellow/White Floral Wrap Dress, Size 4

This pretty dress has white with black large flowers on a bright yellow background. It’s a wrap around dress that could be tied in a bow or left straight. The sleeves are straight on top and have a slight balloon on bottom. Cuff is elasticized. Fabric content is 95% polyester and 5% spandex, easy care machine wash and dry. Measurements are pit to pit 18”, length 37”, sleeves 23” and waistband is approximately 28”.
