London Times dress MIS-SIZED

London Times silk dress in size 14. All silk with cross over bodice, ruched waistband and asymmetrical hem. Lined with black slip. Invisible side zipper. Carefully repaired small fabric pull in armpit (tag tear?) Waist measures 17” side to side. Pit to pit measures 18-19”. PLEASE NOTE: this dress runs more like a small size 12 or even closer to a 10.
