London Times halter tie neck dress

Beautiful dress with viscose lining. Very flattering. Says size 10 however really fits like an 8. I'm a 6 and it still looks okay just a little big in the back. 35 inches from shoulder to bottom, however tie neck allows for adjustment. Plz forgive specs on mirror that make it look as if there are imperfections on dress, there are not.
