pennyalvarez @rob76kim Ok gorgeous....thanks for your patience. I measured it TWICE...it is 31". Not 24". I can share there is no stretch in the waist as it is leather as well. Top of skirt has the zipper and then a large snap metal button. Hopefully this helps blossom!
