Long, Backless, Floral Halter Dress

Long, halter dress. Navy with white floral pattern. Backless with waist tie. Micro cutout details on front bust. Lightweight, airy material. Button closure at back of neck. Elastic waistband. Sheer inner lining on butt and bust. There is a small white mark on the front right hip. I have tried to remove it with water and light rubbing. Worn twice. Condition: Good
