Long Black Lined Skirt

Long black lined skirt. Chez by Tandy. Plus Sz. Waist -36”; length-39”. Waist band is flat on the front and elastic back . Top layer of skirt is semi sheer. Inside layer is solid black with a slight stretch. There is a slit in the back for extra movement.
