A stunning sleeveless dress from One by Eight. Solid black long gown with halter style top. It features lots of sequins and flat back rhinestones around neck and the waist. They look great against the black and adds lots of sparkles! (Has a couple of loose ones - see pics) The dress is lined and has sheer material over it, and it’s padded as well. Flowing and comfortable. Size 16 - Measures 54” from top of shoulder to bottom hem - waist is 15” from side to side and 19” from underarm to underarm.
