Long Black Peacock and Flower Patterned Dress

Never been worn! This long, black, dress makes a statement with bright, bold peacock and floral patters. The dress buttons up with black, plastic buttons and elastic loop button holes. The cut is unique with an elastic waist and tie with wooden beads. The fabric is silky and flowing. While the tag says size 3X, the dress shipped from China is much smaller than a 3X in U.S. sizes, so I have listed it as XL.
