Long Black Ruffle Dress - NWT

Floor length black dress from Forever 21. It almost gives a mermaid shape, and is decorated with black ruffles on the neckline, all the way down the front of the dress. It has an elegant short slit in the front middle! Tried on in store, but never worn. New with tags, size 3X. Lots of stretch, zips in back! Great for a wedding or formal holiday party.
