Long Blue Plaid Wool Winter Skirt

Skirt that falls around the ankles/calves depending on height. I’m shorter so it’s closer to my ankles than knees. It’s wool and I have never worn it so it’s never been washed and I’m not sure how to wash it correctly. It’s rather warm and a perfect winter skirt. It’s a small but can easily have a button or something added to make it larger.
