Long Flowered Dress

Flowered pattern (not sure of fabric type but crepe-like feel). Underarm seam-to-seam, 18"; shoulder, 16", empire waist, 19"; length, 42". Dress is double layered from waist down, with layered slit in front. Size M/L.
