Beautiful midi high-low dress from WHBM. This is a faux wrap. It has an inside button fastner at one side, and then wraps to tie on the other. It has flutter sleeves. It is sheer, and could be see through in the bright sun. Measurements are: front length from shoulder to hem is approximately 41", back length is approximately 49", side to side waist Measurements while lying flat is 16", and hip Measurements is 25". No snags. Like new condition.
