I can't imagine this style being sold any time recently but, perhaps if it's from an international location,that would explain the style. Fits XS or chest max 36 with a waist 25 or less. Flowy but not very full skirt, a bit more than A line . Will lay slimmer than a full skirt. No flaws found. Sheer top layer over all. Zip in back up to waist and then open with a button at the neck.
