Long Lacy Dusty Rose Colored Dress

So cute! Two layers, under layer is like a skip, attached at shoulders but can probably cut them separate if you'd like. Outer layer is lacy. Hits at about the ankles, would be cute with strappy sandals or boots. New with tags. Bought at Target.
