Long Lasting Eyeliner

Introducing our Long Lasting Eyeliner! This is a black felt tip waterproof eyeliner which can be also used as an eyelash adhesive. How to use our eyeliner as an eyelash adhesive: 1. Shake product well before use. 2. Apply a generous amount of product along the entire lashline. Ensure your line all along the lash line to allow the edge of your lash band to sit firmly. You can apply additional adhesive to the lash band for extra hold. 3. Wait a few seconds and apply. Even when not used as an eyelash adhesive, this eyeliner is great on its own as well! This eyeliner comes out a highly pigmented black and will completely dry down in just a few minutes. Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer, Propylene Glycol, D&C Black No.2, Polysorbate, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol.
