luvbootsyall is the white mark on the heel just a surface scuff? or is it the black coating peeling off showing a plastic heel?

luvbootsyall Before I decide, concerned about the heel. I have a pair that has stuff peeling off the heel, wondering if this is the same? ......is the white mark on the heel just a surface scuff? or is it the black coating peeling off showing a plastic heel?

thefoxxbar @luvbootsyall hi its no peeling just a small scuff that cab be wiled off with alcohol. Im not sure if they are man made upper.
