Long Patterned three quarter sleeve Shirt/Dress/Tunic LuLaRoe

I don’t really know how to describe this article of clothing. I’m posting for a friend and I initially thought it was a dress but I think it’s too short to be a dress. The size says xxs but way too big i think to be that closer to a small or a Flowy fit on a xs the person pictured is a small. The arms are pretty snug so no bigger than a small. I think it’s a long shirt tunic type thing. It is very soft. I only have one but I wanted to list it under multiple sizes so you can decide on what you want the fit to be for you.
