Long Pleated Strapless Dress

Beautiful pleated royal blue/indigo skirt in a chiffon like fabric. Skirt has Polyester thin blue lining. Top is of a black stretchy polyester blend. Very comfortable and flattering. 53” from top to bottom. Chest area 14” wide measured flat but stretches quite a bit. Size 5. Excellent condition. Worn once.
