Long Sleeve Creamy Polkadot Layered Dress

This is a nearly-new long sleeved Japna dress with a layered skirt and voluminous long sleeves. It’s cream colored with tiny brown polka dots and although it is a size XS, it ties in the back, making it slightly flexible up or down.
